We ship in the first 5 days after receiving the order. If express order is needed it is possible, but will be charged extra.

Returning products is allowed the first 7 days after receiving the product. The product will only be accepted if no damage was done to the product only. Shipping has to be paid unless you ask for return directly in our Shop:
